As a founding member of the AutoScout24 mobile Team within the Competence Center Mobile Products & Services, I spearheaded the development of highly successful mobile applications for AutoScout24. Leveraging my expertise in backend components, I engineered scalable API services capable of serving millions of connected mobile devices. Notably, this included the implementation of a tracking component with a sophisticated dashboard for in-depth analysis of user behavior and the measurement of key performance indicators (KPIs). Furthermore, I established an internal advertising server with seamless integration with external ad providers.Drawing on my extensive experience in UX design, I conceptualized UX strategies for the AutoScout24 Windows Phone Application. Simultaneously, I project-managed its development, earning accolades from Microsoft for its remarkable features and functionality.Within AutoScout24, I took the initiative to develop a robust fraud detection solution, deploying KI algorithms and machine learning to calculate ratings for all listed vehicles. This self-learning fraud detection system not only provided actionable insights for customer care but also proved to be highly successful, quickly becoming a cornerstone within AutoScout24. Its success extended to being utilized in MotoScout24 and AutoScout24 dealer products.
