I manage their performance, guide them through ongoing changes and growth, and coach them to set and meet their career goals.The awesome Happiness Engineers at Automattic Inc. offer remote support for a range of products, such as Akismet Anti-Spam, Jetpack – WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth, Jetpack VaultPress Backup, Jetpack Protect, Jetpack Boost – Website Speed, Performance and Critical CSS, Jetpack Social, Jetpack VideoPress, Jetpack Search, WP Job Manager, Sensei LMS, Jetpack CRM, WP Super Cache, WordPress.com, WooCommerce, and Tumblr. They also help customers choose a Jetpack product that sets them up for success.Before joining Automattic, I gained valuable experience working at Directly Software Inc., Centre for Civil Society, and Ranchi Express Group. I built my first ever WordPress site in 2008 for a friend, and my first WooCommerce store for a client the following year. Over time, I have successfully completed numerous small to medium-sized WordPress projects independently. Notably, I led the development of the first online store in Eastern India, achieving break-even within 18 months of its launch.
