Participated in the Certified Independent Study Program for Fullstack Web Developers, aimed at training participants to become competent and professional Web Developers in both front-end and back-end development. The program provided comprehensive guidance from the basics, covering HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and back-end technologies to develop responsive and high-quality websites. At the end of the program, participants are eligible to take the competency exam for junior web developers and receive certification from the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP).-Acquired foundational skills to produce accountable quality thinking by processing information, problems, issues, or situations during the Universal Fundamental Skills phase.-Gained specialized competencies and deepened the profession-related skills required for a Fullstack Web Developer, including algorithms, programming basics, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) under the guidance of expert trainers and dedicated mentors during the Specific Fundamental Skills phase.-Learned to build and practice professional skills through various final projects such as developing web-based applications using the 3-tier architecture concept during the Specific Technical Skills phase.-Engaged in individual and group learning activities through synchronous (online meetings) and asynchronous (self-paced learning with teaching modules/videos/practical materials/exam applications/certification test simulations) methods.-Completed a total of 900 hours of instruction, including project-based learning (PBL) approaches for the final project.This experience has enhanced my fullstack web development skills, providing a practical understanding of real-world application development and project collaboration, preparing me for a professional career in web development

During my internship as a Fullstack Web Developer at PT. Mutiara Alaska Group, I actively contributed to developing a pilot project: the Community Empowerment Agency Mapping Information System, a web-based application. I collaborated with a team to create an efficient and user-friendly technological solution.- Contributed to front-end and back-end development using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.- Worked with a cross-functional team to design and implement key features of the system.- Integrated interactive maps for visualizing data of Community Empowerment Agencies.- Conducted testing and debugging to ensure the system runs smoothly and is free of bugs.- Attended regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure the project met their needs and specifications.This experience has strengthened my skills in web development, teamwork, and project management, while providing a deeper understanding of applying technology in community empowerment initiatives
