My duties encompass of managing construction, design, procurement and technical engineers, ensuring the project compliance with schedule and budget and have formulated project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable employees and monitoring the project team.Additionally, I have managed production team in the construction of buildings, drainage systems, utilities and Fit-out works and have monitored project team's performance. I have coordinated and participated in daily production meetings with subcontractors and project management team, defining priorities and sequence of work to executed and completed.Moreover,readied and presented administrative and technical reports and progress presentations each week and also monitored daily on-site progress and verified conformance to design specifications and enforce safety standards at the site, solved issues in the sites.

I had  managed the entire lifecycle of residential villa construction projects from initiation to completion, leading production teams in the construction of structural works and supervised laborers and directed construction workers, subcontractors and employees to ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications.I have collaborated with various stakeholders to plan and organize well-planned projects and also managed sub contractors through out projects.Communication with clients were essential and informed them about progress of projects and addressing concerns. Provided regular financial reports to project stakeholders
