- Defining, leading and implementing HR strategy of Information Technology and services organisation.- Acting as a support and strategic technology partner for business and organisation growth locally and globally.- Responsible for the main HR activities: talent acquisition, employee experience, operations and legal compliance, learning&development, compensations&benefits, employer branding, career development and succession planning, etc.) through leading HR Team of 10 people (TA team, people operations, internal communication and employer brand specialist, people experience specialist).-Working with other units within organisation or external partners to achieve company goals. -Ensuring organisational leadership development to achieve company goals.-Ensuring that organisational values and culture are alive and correspond to company DNR, vision and mission. -Acting as an internal change facilitator.

I was responsible for CVO Recruitment business strategy implementation, business development locally and globally, re-establishing CVO Recruitment brand and building brand awareness in the market, managing executive recruitment team of 5 recruiters.

Main goal of the position: manage smooth Simplika operations in Lithuania including- talent attraction to the team, motivation and performance management of the staff;- sales development by setting goals to consultants and individual input into businessdevelopment and account management;- full PL management and reporting;- daily issue solving with team, clients, suppliers, and temporary employees;- arranging all vital and needed functions of the company: accounting, sales, marketing, HR;- ensuring increasing annual revenues, gross and net profitability of the company.

Business development, overall responsibility for managing a team of consultants and assistant, to build high performance team, marketing, sales, client service, etc. Daily issue solving with clients, suppliers, and temporary employees. Organizing and handling the entire recruitment process including screening, short listing, conducting interviews and post recruitment processes.

Sales of Simplika services; create, maintain and develop a portfolio of new and existing clients; specifying customer needs, organizing interviews, monitoring and leading recruitment processes of candidates, pro actively seeking new ways to attract candidates, taking care of clients documentation, collecting and taking care of candidates documents required for employment process, etc.
