As HR Project Manager I:• help organizations shape their employees’ experience across entire lifecycle from attraction to development, engagement and retention;• audit current HR processes, identifying gaps and design tailored HR frameworks;• develop and create HR documentation, policies, ensuring complience with legal standards;• provide expert consultation and advisory support to leadership teams, enabling better quality of HR management.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant I• communicate with hiring managers and business representatives, manage their expectations and ensure successful delivery• take responsibility for a full recruitment cycle• lead recruitment team in the projects• take responsibility for the growth of IT recruitment team members.

At People Link, I am also a part of the HRS team where I help colleagues to• contribute to improvement of recruitment process• help colleagues to test candidates using the Tripod tool• conduct trainings for the new Tripod testing users• perform organizational research• lead a field research on candidates' motivation matters.

Currently, I am taking full ownership of recruitment projects (IT field mainly), including • account management, • recruitment process, and • team management.

Participated in recruitment projects (Finance and Management; Engineering). A full specter of responsibilities, from refinement of expectations to the observation of the candidates' adaptation.
