As a subject matter expert in multiple technical disciplines, and acts as a trusted advisor to technical professionals within their assigned territory. This position assists in crafting Partner on-boarding strategies, documenting and fulfilling training needs, and as appropriate, will influence the customer decision making process across all levels of the business.► Providing local and international (Maldives) Tier-III level support for Sophos Next generation firewalls/UTMs & Endpoint Security Products.► Conduct Proof of Concepts to demonstrate how products will satisfy the requirements of new and prospective clients.► Designing secure systems and network infrastructure.► Respond immediately to Sophos Firewalls/UTMs/Endpoint Security clients’ incidents and provide post-incident analysis.► Developing long-term relationships with Partners, Clients, through administrating and interpreting their security change requirements and follow-up renewals. ► Preparing product comparison metrics and reports considering the competitive security products.
