I worked directly under the Senior Manager for Project Controls to track and report key project activities such as Schedule, Cost and Quality. Using organization defined project performance techniques such as Earned Value Management, I used tools and applications such as MS Excel, Powerpoint and MS PowerBi for data visualisation to analyse project performance using schedule performance index, cost performance index, and tracking of project documentation statuses. I coordinated with varying disciplines of engineers to organise and deliver engineering construction artefacts for the natural gas supply, regulation and metering of supplied gas to our customers. I also spearheaded, under supervision the commissioning and project closure activities by developing and reviewing a punch-list of items, meant to be addressed prior to issuance of milestone certificates all the way to project handover

Manages software product delivery processes using tools such as Trello for Kanban boards, agile techniques for adaptive software product management. I liaise with vendors and internal customers, leveraging on my business and technological acumen to collect user and system requirements to deliver solution packages that are primarily defined by Management as organisational strategy and departmental goals. These packages are delivered as end-user interfaces to capture employee KPI's and objectives in connection to departmental goals . I administered end-user training and managed Management of Change procedures and documentation for change management activities. As well as performing data analytical activities for data visualization using similar tools listed above. This helped showcase project performance and tracked expenditure on software product development.
