I head the Department of integrations and analytics in the procurement product of the Moscow Government.The product manages and develops the Unified Automated Trading Information System (EAIST) of the city of Moscow.The main responsibilities are to ensure the operation of various integrations between the EAIST and external systems of customers in Moscow, as well as federal IP regulators, for example, the EIS of Russia.Plus, procurement analytics in the product on the MS Power BI platform, preparation and launch of new reports, updating of existing ones, migration of reports to domestic software.Significant customers for whom integration is configured and maintained are Mosvodokanal, Mosmetro, EMIAS, DONM, MOEK, Mosenergosbyt, Moslift, DepTrans, DepStroy.Taking into account related products, contractors, and the product team, I coordinate the work of more than 50 people simultaneously on several projects.At the same time, the department has about 500 tasks planned for the calendar year. The total budget of the task pool is more than 500 million rubles per year.I have more than 12 years of experience in project management, including with Federal Ministries.Including 6 years directly in public authorities in the Government of Moscow.I am guided in my project work mainly by the PMBOK PMI standard and Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban methodologies. The most modern approaches, I constantly take training courses in this direction.I know how to select and organize the work of teams, including remote ones, to achieve their goals, taking into account the different levels of competence of employees on projects. I know how to motivate people.The main tasks on the projects:• Project content management (collection of requirements, setting goals, determining the scope of work, organization of work, monitoring compliance with technology);• Project timing management (work planning, coordination of work according to the plan, monitoring compliance with deadlines);• Project budget management (cost estimation, cost control, cost optimization);• Project risk management (analysis of possible risks, planning of risk response);• Project team management (task setting, resource planning, staff motivation);• Project communication management (interaction with external/internal customers, project team, contractors);• Quality management on the project (coordination of quality standards, quality control);
