As the Director of Contracts and Grants (C&G) at The International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES), I lead the C&G team to manage the full cycle of incoming and outgoing awards for democracy and governance programs in over 30 countries. I have over 14 years of experience in this field, working with diverse donors such as USAID, DOS, DFID, GAC, and SDC, and ensuring compliance with their rules and regulations.I also oversee the subgrants, consultant agreements, and procurement of goods and services for IFES, applying best practices and ethical standards to support our mission and vision. I lead a team of dedicated and talented professionals who share my passion for advancing democracy and human rights around the world. I enjoy collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and learning from different cultures and perspectives.
