MEP DRAFTSMAN WITH 6+YEAR'S EXPERIENCE.*Preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings for all disciplines like, Mechanical & Electrical. *Co-ordination of MEP services with structural beam, false ceiling, ID and other services.*Preparation of detail & section for individual and coordinated services.*Preparation of builder’s work & slab openings for all MEP services.*Performs other duties as directed by management, like preparing quantity takeoff, material submissions, inspection request, RFI Preparation, Excellent co-ordination with inter & other department persons.*Drafting Hvac & plumbing services like sanitary drain, water supply & External network, storm water, pipe routing, drafting plumbing layout and updating section view.*Preparation of installation details for Hvac & plumbing sanitary ware as per approved spec.*Preparation of Drainage and water supply for kitchen Equipment’s as per kitchen schedule.*Preparation of firefighting & fire alarm drawings as per UAE fire code & NFPA.*Preparation of Schematic Diagrams.*Collecting information from the site and implementing in the as-built drawing. Handling project drawings with the concern engineering Quantity taking for plumbing and fire protection system.
