• Verify the accuracy and completeness of import and export documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.• Prepare and review documents to ensure they meet the requirements of customs authorities, government agencies, and international trade agreements.• Ensure that all import and export documentation adhere to customs regulations and requirements of both the exporting and importing countries.• Process Delivery Order (DO), Passing Declaration (BOE), All DP World Payments Like TLUC, eGate Pass, and Customs duty return and all clearing through Dubai Trade Portal.• As per the compliance requirement of Dubai Municipality, Ensure the Food Items Registration (FITR), Export health certificate, import consignment release permit, import for re-export consignment release and Follow up all shipments until shipment close.• Create and maintain records of shipments, invoices, and customs forms for auditing and reference purposes.• Liaise with various stakeholders, including freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping carriers, and internal departments, to facilitate the timely movement of goods.• Collaborate with the finance department to ensure proper payment processing related to import and export transactions.• Assist in booking cargo space with carriers and arranging transportation for goods.• Track shipments to ensure they are on schedule and address any delays or issues.• Import Commercial invoice attestation in MOFAIC.• Collaborate with relevant parties to address any challenges that may arise during the import-export process.• Provide training and guidance to colleagues and team members on import-export documentation processes and compliance.
