Responsibilities:1. Follow up 3 lines garments unit.2. Preparing operation bulletin of every new style & set up monthly manpower budget as per OB.3. Select manpower to train up & taking interviews to join new workers as per shortage processes.4. Giving sticker placement, folder & machine requisition of every new style.5. Attend PP meeting & preparing mock up for critical processes.6. Working for better productivity & efficiency.7. Motivating the workers for zero absenteeism.8. Preparing daily IE basic reports, Monitoring & making gain chart to meet target, Burning OT & Monitoring OT budget, Also monthly overview data chart.Garments Type Woven Tops & Bottoms like Short & Long Sleeve shirt, Basic Pants, Short pants, Ladies tops, Ladies Skirt, Overall etc. Buyer: H&M, Seidensticker, Lidle, Elcortelngles, LPP etc.

Responsibilities:1. Follow up 2 lines garments unit.2. Report analysis (KPI, KAIZEN, EFFIENCY, NPT, WIP)3. Preparing Operation Breakdown/Layout.4. Performance 5s system on floor. Controlling Excessive Overtime, reduce operation cost by developing.5. Doing all kinds of IE activities like- Line balancing, Absenteeism Balancing, Style preplans activities, Machine Arrangement, Thread consumption etc.6. Always work for better productivity & Efficiency.7. Work on GEMBA walk, 6s, 8 wastages.8. Preparing new style file ready to set up line with the final Operation Bulletin, Line Target, Feeding report, Study & Capacity Graph.Garments Type- Woven Bottoms like Basic pant (5 pocket), Chino Pant, Cargo Pant, Trouser, Denim Jacket, Jegging etc. Buyer: NEXT, C&A, Kappahl, Espirit, New Yorker etc.
