Working for 30 years as Import Manager at Minus 22 Premium Food SRL, Romania, having the following tasks:- Searching for potential suppliers and sending requests for quotations;- Selecting the best offers, contacting the suppliers, negotiating the prices, the delivery and payment terms;- Signing the purchasing contracts, checking and signing the Proforma invoices;- Sending the labelling instructions and the commercial and veterinary documents instructions;- Negotiating the freight or the trucking offers for the FOB or FCA/EXW terms;- Tracking the orders and the loadings or shipments;- Checking and confirming the documents;- Issuing the CHED documents for the non-EU animal products;- External and domestic payments related to the imports;- Calculating the entry price and the real purchasing price of the product (including the hidden costs);- Activities related to the Custom Clearance, Veterinary control, trucking of the containers from the port to the coldstores etc.- Issuing of the INTRASTAT Declaration;- Recyclable waste management, reporting to OTR (Responsibility Transfer Organisation) and AFM (Environmental Fund Administration)
