33 Years of Box manufacturing Business. Started in the finishing dept. on to the press dept. where I learned to operate Flexos and Die-cuts. Moved to Supervision where I was able to mold and motivate employees. Great in running Numbers for my dept. and acting on areas of concern. Team builder energetic, go-getter which led me to Production Manager. This broaden my scope from the financial side of where I learned labor cost, waste issues, ways to reduce waste, run speeds and set-up times and the effect these numbers have on the bottom line. Moved on to scheduling to define these skills and learn how to move orders through the plant in a timely manner. Very customer friendly understanding their needs and the importance of supplying them with a quality product. All these skills through the years have given me the opportunity to make a difference in this industry. One of the most important and powerful things I love about my job is making a difference in people's lives with teaching and training. Showing young men and women accountability, leadership, respect and discipline.
