This lead to a direct increase in survivability and overall firearms accuracy department wide. • Taser Instructor • Created, taught and incorporated the department’s current tourniquet and Basic First Aid Training Program along with the tourniquet carry policy.• Created and taught the Skokie Police’s Riot Response program in response to Chicago’s NATO Summit in 2012-taught department wide.• Drafted the proposal for a shift in department wide training schedules and cycles. This system was unanimously approved by the administration and is the model that is currently used today• Proposed, created and led the first Skokie Police Department Honor Guard in over 15 years.• Re-structured the Department’s FTO record keeping system and implemented a department wide cloud based system with real time document tracking and collaboration.• Drafted, created and taught the department’s in-house Functional Fitness period within a training quarter.
