• Responsible for maximizing store contribution through exploiting every opportunity to drive sales, reduce stock loss and maintain cost controls and delivering the highest level of motivation to the staff members and development of team members.• Spearheaded and grew the Annual Sales Revenue of the Showroom by 7 % in comparison to last year. • Ensuring individual and store compliance with all company regulations and procedures.• Responsible for deciding store layout and stock positioning and managing stock availability.• Responsible for applying and maintaining guidelines and standards for visual presentation and store appearance and recommending and coordinating in-store promotions. Including all aspects of POS and store key control.• Dealing and negotiating with the suppliers and responsible for ordering stock.• Planning and implementing promotional activities for the store to maximize the revenues.• Responsible for setting targets & budgets for the sales team as well as implementing various training programs for the development of the sales force for the optimum output in line with the market needs & opportunities.• Providing leadership, counseling and career guidance for the development and guidance of all the staff.• Other key management responsibilities include: Profit and loss, MIS reporting, customer service, sales, safety and security, forecasting, budgeting, recruitment, job descriptions and managing off all risk transactions.

• Primarily responsible for facilitating, guiding and motivating the Retail Sales Associates, who are responsible for promoting the sales, and to achieve/exceed the sales targets, maintain optimum stock levels, observe the company policies and procedures, increase the level of customer service so that the showroom achieve the company objectives/targets.• Contributing actively to the strategic decisions with respect to the assigned area and ensuring that these objectives are met.• Regularly monitoring and evaluating the performance of the Fashion Department of the Retail showroom sales associates in terms of sales, stock levels, and customer service and employee satisfaction and provide reports to the Fashion Manager. • Liaising with the internal/external parties and recommending/providing long-term solutions to the day-to-day problems faced by the Department.• Manage the promotional activities in the assigned Department. Coordinating and communicating with relevant internal/external parties to ensure that all arrangements for promotions are made on a timely basis; the company image is maintained and ensuring that the promotional objectives are met.• Responsible for employee issues, such as performance appraisal, grievance handling, disciplinary issues, recommendations for merit increase/promotions etc. Monitor the optimum number of employees required for efficient functioning of the showroom / weekly staff schedules and make recommendations for reassignment of excess staff when applicable.• Managed sourcing and procurement of products from the International suppliers mainly from Europe
