Have been an HR Director for 24 years and am very familiar with State and Federal Laws, benefit administration, performance management, conflict resolution, employee incentive programs, all aspects of payroll, worker compensation and more. While being fully aware and capable in my role of protecting my employer's interests, my forte' lies in employee relations in that staff are aware that I am there for them and will always be fair and honest with them. Prior to my HR experience, I have been a bookkeeper and office manager in long term care facilities. While I don't possess the college degrees that seem to be in such demand, I do possess the experience and the caring that is not learned in a classroom.
