The AlexZander Group, Inc. is a female and minority owned human resources consulting firm established in 1999. We provide recruiting and human resources consulting services for our clients. Our specialty is working with organizations to recruit “top talent” in a variety of fields including but not limited to information technology, engineering, accounting, human resources, training and business development. We also work with our clients to development and implement Affirmative Action Plans, training, compensation and benefits programs. Our team consists of seven (7) associates. Together we have over ninety-five (95) years of experience in the human resources field. We perfected our craft while working for several blue chip organizations including General Dynamics, Inc., Northrop-Grumman Corporation, Kraft Foods, Inc., General Electric, Walt Disney and Darden Restaurants, Inc.
