Responsibilities include:Multi-Site Operations:• Oversees multi-site operations in a way that upholds standards and values. • Works with Regional Managers to provide support, accountability and vision for teams in line with values.• Uses data driven approach to proactively identify areas of improvement, establish scale-able and sustainable, customer-centric, processes across all sites in network.• Establish best practice through collaboration, gathering feedback, and facilitating idea sharing.People Management:• Ownership of people development milestones and talent planning. • Enthusiastic coach; never squandering a learning opportunity. • Design and deliver training for measurable impact on performance. • Mission lead leadership, able to motivate and create memorable employee experiences. Strategic Planning:• Build out annual budgets and revenue projections across multiple departments.• Build out annual organizational K.P.I's in sales and customer retention in line with financial goals.• Lead cross-departmental strategy to deliver strategic goals and assist in executing objectives. • Organizational P&L responsibility.Talent Strategy:• Established employer value proposition and tone of voice across collateral including website, digital advertising and print media.• Owned all stages of talent acquisition process including interviews and on-boarding process.• Developed and owned key partnerships with universities and colleges including academic, career centers and student organizations. Real Estate Strategy:• Developed key benchmarks in site selection strategy • Managed lease negotiation process, establishing key L.O.I. points and owning lease negotiation process in partnership with Lawyer, brokerage and landlords. • Project management of fit-out process with CAPEX budget accountability.
