As the Leasing Manager, I administered tours and delivered property information to prospective residents and further assisted them with completion of leasing applications. I was responsible for all marketing and sales strategies for the local office and team members. I also scheduled and supervised three Leasing Consultants for the property. In addition to my other duties, I handled all daily administrative office duties including greeting customers, answering phones, billing and expenses.

As an Independent Agent at Aflac, I was responsible for personal networking and marketing to find potential clients. I explained features of various policies to promote sale of insurance plans and sold various types of insurance policies to individuals through conversations and consulting. I was also responsible for developing strong relationships and maintaining contact with existing clients to process claims and answer any questions.

At Dudley Nurseries, I managed field crew members in everyday tasks. I also constructed various irrigation lines and greenhouses as needed on the property. I handled the tasks of labeling, mapping, and taking inventory steps to improve the growth of plants along with the tasks of fertilizing, propagating, cultivating and transplanting various plant materials.

As a Bartender at General Beauregard's, I provided exemplary service and professionalism to a diverse clientele. I multi-tasked in a high stress environment by providing customer service and quality products. In addition, I was responsible for upstanding operation of a bar, receipt and inventory accountability.
