Basic grant data is imported from an Excel spreadsheet that includes all grants to be coded and, once complete, will allow exporting of data for further analysis in other systems. Responsible for all aspects of system design and development of the PACT system, which is built in ColdFusion 9.0 and Microsoft SQL Server 2005.

The system was built using ColdFusion 8 and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and uses the USCIS SLOPE development framework.Developed the AR-11 Form internal system. The system replaced a proprietary solution with an intranet web tool. The system allowed Citizen and Immigration Services personnel to manage paper change of address forms, specifically forms with issues that will prevent processing and to gather data from complete forms for batch processing.Lead a team of ColdFusion developers in designing and developing EFRS and managing system change requests. Acted as mentor to junior developers.
