The Public Safety Broadband Technology Association (PSBTA) is an organization focused exclusively on ensuring the success of the entire FirstNet ecosystem, which includes the legal entity created by Congress, the network infrastructure, hardware and software and the single most important component the end users. The success of the D Block allocation and FirstNet is the product of unity and collaboration by congress, federal agencies, states, associations, the public safety alliance, the private sector and thousands of first responders. In keeping with that coalition of unity the FirstNet Association will continue building upon those success of bringing people together. Including safety for facilities, advocating for public safety on national public safety communication issues, national stockpile issues, national emergency medical response and services, standards of coverage, executive searches, interim fire chief, and consolidation plans.Providing Performance Management, Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Conflict Resolution, Change Management and Team Building for government and non-government organizations. Specializing in arena’s and entertainment industry venues, we will develop your safety program from the ground up, customize a safety manual to be site specific to your company’s needs. Our customized safety manuals are developed to exceed the OSHA recommended standards specific to your state. Once the hazards associated with the type on industry you work in are identified and based off your States and Federal government’s regulations for safety program content, we will develop the site specific. The manual will be laid out so it is easy to read and understand the content. We will then finalize the program, and provide you with both a hard copy and electronically so you can update the program as needed. Training employee’s is a large portion of compliance. We will customize a training program to fit your needs while meeting OSHA compliance providing you with training resources to include power points, instructor guidelines and quizzes for each topic of safety training.
