Senior Enlisted Advisor to the J2 and JIOC Director supporting USJFCOM and the Department of Defense. Supports a diverse workforce of 400 Enlisted, warrant, and commissioned officers from all four services in both active and reserve components, plus DoD civilians and government contractors working at four separate locations. Directly responsible for the administration, training, welfare, morale, and discipline of all assigned personnel. Assist J2 and JIOC Director in all matters pertaining to welfare, health, job satisfaction, morale, utilization, and training of enlisted personnel in order to promote traditional standards of good order and discipline. Advise J2 and JIOC Director on formulation and implementation of changes in policy pertaining to enlisted personnel. Maintain and promote effectiveness and efficiency of the chain of command. Monitors and advises service element senior non-commissioned officers to insure uniformity of programs among the services

NCOIC for the Army G-2's Intelligence Watch in the Army Operations Center in the Pentagon and NCOIC of the Army Desk of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Intelligence Watch. Responsible for all administrative support of 20 officers and NCOs; senior enlisted advisor to the Chief of the Watch; responsible for ensuring enlisted personnel maintain personal readiness standards, and trains newly assigned personnel on the functions and procedures of the Watch; responsible for the accountability of 43 computer workstations valued in excess of $220K; supervises production and dissemination of daily Top Secret intelligence products for the Secretary of the Army (SECARMY), Chief of Staff of the Army (CSA) and the Army's most senior leadership.
