Cre8audio is a company that makes fun music creation tools. Our first products include a eurorack compatible modular synthesizer case with a boatload of cool MIDI and control voltage features, as well as a couple super useful, but also quirky modules. As a partner in the company, my role is to wear whatever hat is needed at any given time. (SONiVOX) and all of its assets by the inMusic family of brands (Numark, Alesis, Akai Pro, Alto, Pro, M-Audio, Air, Mixmiester, Ion Audio, and Sonivox).• Identified candidates to acquire Sonic Network Inc., initiated discussions, and made presentations to multiple potential buyers.• Tripled annual revenue of SONiVOX.• Developed product strategy and roadmap for all SONiVOX and Sonic Implants products, including concept, supporting marketing, and PR for over 60 products. • Managed R&D, software, and soundware development teams. • Managed customer service, customer support, and operations.• Developed distribution relationships with 3rd party producers, allowing SONiVOX to increase their product offering without additional in-house development.• Created and managed co-marketing relationships with industry partners, such as Ableton, Avid, Creative Labs, Native Instruments, Cakewalk, & Tascam.• Developed and managed relationships with press/media, including ad buys & general PR.• Sought out, negotiated, and successfully generated OEM revenue within & outside industry, with companies such as Advanced Medical Optics, Native Instruments, Cakewalk, Avid, Ableton, Noteflight, and Real-Time Associates.• Sought out and negotiated the licensing of 3rd party technologies for integration into SONiVOX software with companies such as iZotope, PACE, and Wayoutware.• Built and managed national and international retail sales network by opening dealers, working directly with dealers and establishing and managing a manufacturer’s representative network.
