Managed the entry into service for customer support of the first full touchscreen avionics system (Fusion), provided direction to the customer support team and manufacturer for all customer support activities. Contract valued at $140 million. Lead on new business, responsible for preparing proposal, including support cost estimates resulting in a government contract award.
