I assigned work, set goals, and maintained role clarity for the team members.My background also includes experience in improvement engineering where I analyzed chemical unit operations to develop the changes that would reduce costs and increase production.I was the Process Control Lead for 2 new units, each having an installed cost in excess of $30 million. My Chemical Engineering background was instrumental in development of the functional requirements specification that matched the equipment design and the operational requirements. From the functional requirements, my team developed the structured text programming that resulted in automatic control during and after startup.
