The Team Lead role is a strategic position within CDW’s Digital Experience Practice which partners with management around go-to-market initiatives, acts as a liaison between CDW and partners, develops solution selling resources and enables individuals on the team through mentoring and training. The role initially focuses on Microsoft solutions but also emphasizes CDW’s ability to deliver full stack solutions to our customers.

As part of a newly formed Strategic Opportunities Team, provided support for East Coast sales teams and customers related to Microsoft services. Primarily focused on large, multi-solution opportunities such as mergers & acquisitions or large enterprises seeking a cloud adoption strategy. Responsible for initial customer conversations, services scoping and development of services proposals.

Harrisburg, Pennsylvania Area

Worked directly with customers to ensure they got value from their investments in Microsoft Cloud Solutions. Mapping business goals to solutions, I helped with planning, deployment and adoption. I also functioned as a technical resource in supporting the sales and licensing teams. As the primary point of contact for Microsoft services opportunities in the Philadelphia market, I scoped services engagements, wrote statements of work and ensured successful delivery of engagements.

Mid-Atlantic District

As a Senior Account Executive, I was responsible for the all-up Microsoft relationship with several strategic government customers in the State & Local Government Mid-Atlantic Region.

Responsible for evangelism and sales of all Microsoft Cloud Solutions to government customers in PA, MD, VA, WV and DC.

Part of the Account Team for State & Local Government in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, my role is to understand my customers' business drivers and help them use our technology to meet their goals. You could describe me as two miles wide and two inches deep on Microsoft's Enterprise Solutions.

Working for the Commonwealth CISO, I managed enterprise security projects and collaborated with team mates from across the agencies to develop and publish security strategy and policies.

Led technical training courses on Microsoft and Novell technologies.
