Sr. Sales Manager for Terex Utilities covering NY, PA and Strategic IOU Accounts. My goal in this position is to be a resource for my customers with their equipment and service needs. Providing direction, training and best practices to provide the best turn-key solutions available. Representing and assisting Terex Utilities Dealers in Eastern Canada and the New England. Gaining additional market share with our Dealers is my primary objective. Direct sales of the Terex Utilities products in Upstate NY & Western PA.

Sales responsibilities for Utility Equipment in the NY and PA regions. Promote, demonstrate and highlight benefits of owning/operating Terex equipment. Technical expertise helps explain why our products are designed and manufactured to exceed customers exceptions. Specific focus on engineered safety designs and customized operators training.

Start up Service/Sales location for the upstate NY area for Versalift products. UE was a DBA of CUES Inc out of Amherst NH specializing in Utility Equipment for the Telecommunications, IOU and Tree Care professionals. Sales, Service and Company growth exceeded expectations and UE was identified as a premier provider of Utility Equipment and Services.

Diagnose equipment malfunctions, create repair estimates, complete repairs in a timely fashion and ensure customer satisfaction. Review equipment specifications, design and install components to meet/exceed customer expectations. Review P&L's of all jobs and review procedures if needed.

Inspect, Service and Maintain KC135, C130 and F16 aircraft. Specialized in aircraft general and all sub-systems of aircraft. Attended several NCO predatory training classes focusing on people and skills utilization. Received numerous ribbons/medals for performance including, Outstanding Achievement, Meritorious Service and Southwest Asia Campaign medal for involvement in Desert Shield / Desert Storm.
