Manage overall operations including P&L, inventory levels short term production forecasts, long term sales forecasts, sales & marketing and human resources. Also oversee PPAPs and vendor audits. Led team in SAP introduction and ISO 9001:2008 certification process.

Responsible for scheduling of machines, work centers, labor hours and outside services for the on time delivery of machined components, fabrications and assemblies. Also increased efficiency through plant layout, process documentation, tooling identification/inventory, MRP & SPC.

Oversaw all aspects of Quality system including receiving, first piece, in process & final inspection. Introduced SPC, R & R studies, process capability studies which resulted in overall improvement from 64% to 98% quality rating in 2 years. Also responsible for in house training programs on shop math, geometric dimensioning & tolerancing, statistics, trigonometry, etc.
