Al was awarded the Five Star Professional Award as the Top 1% in New Jersey. Al was also awarded the NAHREP Top 100 Latino Mortgage Originator in the United States. Al Perez a life-long resident of New Jersey brings over 40 years of experience in banking and finance. Prior to joining the Movement Mortgage family, Al worked on Wall Street as a Securities Lending Trader for Deutsche Bank. Al has worked at Jersey Mortgage Company for 27 years as Vice President before joining Movement Mortgage. Al has consistently been a top producer closing in excess of $25,000,000 a year. Al is a member of the local Realtor Associations in Bergen, Hudson, Middlesex, Essex and Passaic Counties. Al is a member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Al served as Vice President for the Board of Directors for NAHREP National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals North New Jersey Chapter. Al is licensed in the State of New Jersey & Florida. Al received a Bachelor of Arts degree from New Jersey City University. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.Al is also Independent Amateur Baseball Scout. Scouting high school and collegiate players for the MLB draft.
