• Work with clients to plan IT strategies, develop integration plans and technical budgets. Advise clients on proper use of technology in their environments. Perform technical assessments for clients and recommend upgrades or changes in technology usage to improve client’s technical environment. Manage technician assignments for clients in emergency support situations and routine maintenance. Manage migrations, upgrades, physical moves for multiple clients. Managed the web-hosting environment handling over 200 websites. Implemented high availability hosted application environments for several clients. Designed security solutions for hosted web applications. Trained less experienced staff.

Managed five person team that provided support for hosted systems, as well as, infrastructure support for client sites. Developed corporate computing policies. Designed hosting center to provide secure environment for over 100 client websites. Designed security solutions for Emeron and clients. Developed corporate disaster recovery program. Implemented corporate migration to Windows Active Directory/Exchange environment.

Provided support for PC and Mac classroom systems with UNIX and Novell file servers. Coordinated, and assisted, instructor led training programs in a variety of software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access as well as basic UNIX shells.
