I perform, and have performed, a myriad of responsibilities as Product Engineer. Review project feasibility and customer specifications, advise on ANSI and ISO standards issues, provide Engineering leadership to the A&B Services Division of Arrowhead Systems (which includes Busse/SJI), lead risk assessment efforts and generate documentation of same. Prepare sales proposals and conduct the estimating cost build-up of same.

I performed all project engineering responsibilities for palletizing & depalletizing projects, including robotic applications, the entire Priority One product line, and other, highly customized projects. I am responsible for reviewing and responding to extensive customer specification packages, and with documenting our risk assessments per ANSI and ISO standards.

Spearheaded the integration of the Priority One product line of low-level case and bulk palletizers and de-palletizers into the Randolph, WI production facility. Also performed project engineer requirements on robotic and conventional bulk palletizing and depalletizing machinery within the traditional Busse product lines.

I managed the integration of major heat treating system projects over $1M in sales, as well as smaller melting projects, while mentoring several junior Project Managers. In addition, I managed outside resources for design and fabrication, and coordinated their integration with the ABP core competency products prior to installation at the customer site. I managed installation efforts, including acquiring rigging and electrical contractor resources, as required, and assisted with on-site training efforts, and in producing the equipment manuals.
