About Al Sánchez

Howdy! I am an ambitious engineering research student with a study concentration in the field of artificial intelligence/machine learning and a strong passion for the development of AI at human cognitive levels, along with its application to mental health and therapy.Experienced in collaborative and independent machine learning projects, where I excitedly developed foundational data science/analysis skills along with building proficiency in Python programming. Additionally, I am a hobbyist in other engineering disciplines that intrigue me such as robotics, basic circuity, and CAD drafting.Within the next few years of my undergrad, I plan to continue working as a researcher with Dr. Uma Chinta of the TTU CS department and pursue another AI/ML internship. But, within the next decade, I energetically aim to work towards a PhD in Computer Science and continue my research focus on advancing AI capabilities, eventually graduating to work full-time in R&D.● Data Analysis● Collaboration with Diverse Teams● Python + Data Science Libraries● Project Planning● Servant Leadership● ResearchMy GitHub Profile: https://github.com/AlThe5th
