As a Project Manager my role is with minimal supervision, to plan, schedule, and oversee a variety of residential, commercial and seismic retrofitting-soft story construction projects.* My role included all site inspections and corrections made by LADBS or Cal Osha to insure that project meets or exceeds city and state requirements. * I am responsible for assuring that jobs are completed with quality, on time and within budget; and to ensure that the job site is secure and work is performed in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations set forward by company, LADBS and Cal Osha.* I serve as the companies’ representative on project-related issues to public agency representatives, owners, subcontractors, and the general public and in arbitration as needed to settle work and payment disputes.*
