I have over 40 years experience in the Housing Industry and presently manage a Team of experienced licensed RE/MAX agents handling Acquisitions of Single Family Rental Homes for Institutional Investors (REITs, Hedge Fund Investors) in the Greater Metro Atlanta MSA. My team is generating an extremely high volume of off market opportunities to purchase Single Family homes. We are presently generating more Acquisitions Opportunities than current clients can handle. Highlights of my experience include Founder and Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Horizons with three offices. To this day RE/MAX Horizons was the fastest growing & became the largest RE/MAX Operation in the Sub Market where it operated (outperforming 6 other Franchisees by a wide margin). Served many positions on the Executive Committees of the Hall County Board of REALTORS including as 2007 Board President, served as a member of the Board of Directors on the Georgia Association of REALTORS, was the General Partner in a Homebuilding and Remodeling Company in the mid 90's handling both new construction and remodeling of single family homes (Licensed GC firm). Have experience in REO Dispositions including accounts with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Large and Small Banks and as a Local Listing Broker for HUD.

Opened Affordable Realty as a Property Management Company because RE/MAX Northeast where I worked as an Associate Broker in residential real estate sales did not handle property management and many investor buyers I had sold property to wanted me to manage their property. Maintained the brokerage after I quit doing property management as a holding company for licensees affiliated with my RE/MAX Horizons Brokerage who were not working full time.

Started my real estate career with Coldwell Banker Barton & Ludwig Realty in Norcross GA. Was recruited by a new home sales company after 1 year in the business which fit with my goal of learning to become a homebuilder. Prior to entering the real estate business at the age of 21, I worked in many varied hands on construction jobs including with Brick Mason, Framing Contractor, Trim Carpenter, Siding and Cornice, Roofing, General Remodeling including Drywall Hanging, and other construction work - primarily residential with some carpentry work in commercial.
