Working in Sabre's Travel Network Development (TND) department between two areas. The Program Management Office and the Business Operations department. In the Business Operations part of my role I was supporting and developing business operation processes and insuring alignment with companies processes and procedures. This was achieved by managing and tracking day to day processes and providing the best possible collaboration methods (e.g. SharePoint, BO & Primavera) for over 500 employees in 5 countries scattered in 3 continents. As for the program management role I was managing and tracking the budget and expenses for a $40M program that covers +50 projects across two years. My objective was to prevent over/under spending and providing visibility to leadership and communicate any budget risks. Furthermore, I was making sure that the delivery is meeting the investment expectations through the portfolio management guidelines in both agile and traditional project management framework.

Program Management & Business Operations.

I joined Ericsson for the experience and the traveling nature of the job. I was a Solution and project engineer responsible for Integrating the charging systems from different vendors so they can work together and communicate to provide end user with a unified Charging System for pre-paid phones.
