Associated with Cloisall Company LLC as Group Finance Director, Founded in 1966, Cloisall co. LLC is a leading UAE-based interiors and fit-out contractor operating in the mid- to high-end luxury space. Responsibilities includes: -Establish best practice tools for financial project planning/management• Collaborate with strategic planning to compose the project portfolio• Orchestrate budget decisions for individual projects• Set up best practice financial project reporting tools/mechanisms• Prepare and implement company’s annual budgets, and cost control• Optimize company’s financial structure, and find optimal financing• Manage the financial units, including accountants• Develop financial and management reports for top-level management and company shareholders• Maintain relations with current and potential investors, banks and auditors• Review business plans and financial feasibilities for potential new businessReporting to board of directors and work with senior teams to grow the businesses formulating high level strategies for short and long term plans.-Negotiate and manage loans, and the Group's banks facilities in UAE Qatar and Oman.-Tracking year to date and monthly performance for all group divisions. Understand variances and analyze business drivers of the same. Assessing performance with the view of a portfolio play.-Lead and manage the budgeting process, Monitoring business performance, monitoring cash flow, preparation and submission of weekly and monthly reports-Developing/implementing ERP solution for the company and its projects. Identifying activities, assigning cost of each activity resource to all products/services in line with actual consumption using step down method to efficiently deploy Activity-Based Costing (ABC) through ERP system

-Spearheading development/ implementation of financial policies, systems, procedures and guidelines to ensure smooth cash flow, streamlining budgets, establishing stringent procurement and expense guidelines.-Designing budget guidelines to optimize cash flows, managing investments and working capital requirements, preparing project life budget, managing all division directors to provide their business units annual budget, advising higher management on optimal utilization of financial structures within the company to enhance return on investment.-Facilitating internal & external audit of company’s accounts and providing required reports/ information to the auditors to assure timely completion in compliance with established audit processes. -Evaluating responses to tenders, conducting procurement and financial analysis preceding negotiations and finalizing client, vendors, raw material suppliers and associate - contracts / agreement clauses in accordance with project requirements/client specs. -Preparing and reviewing monthly/yearly financial statements, including devising income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections as well as aged receivables and payables listings. -Recruited/trained staff on accounting and financial matters of the company monitored/evaluated departmental, individual performance and reported the same to the management. Supervising professional development of newly recruited personnel, ensuring their optimal performance on an organizational level.
