After sale Service commitment is a key differentiator in healthcare business and it does help create new customers and maintain the loyality of existing ones. However, this commitment doesn't start after sales, it begins with the first time you approach the customer with your solution.  Your commitment to provide the hounest advise and the right solution that meet or  exceeds customer expectations.My job is just about this concept.  Due to the long work experience as techincal support and sales engineer, I am supporting the sales teams all over the country from my  position as commercial manager to select and promote the suitable solution to customers.Starting a new project is always an advanture I like to explore and see how can I improve this time. There is always a challenge that motivate me to build more skills and learn more. I used to do simple sketching for installation sites and with time, I was able to prepare a proffessional site layout via Autocad that help us during the planning phase of the projects and also help the installtion teams in later stages.  I believe that selling is a mix of creating the value and trust with customer. My sales duties includes approaching customers, preparing the proposals for them, and follow up with them till realizing the deal. The journey does not ends here; I also lead and suppervise  the installation and comissioning of the projects till the end.I learnt that helping customers in operation and application build unbreakable bond with them, thus I keep developing my skills in this side. For now, I do application training for the customers for ultrasounds, mobile cathlabs, X-ray equipment, ECG based equipment and many others.For service side, I am able to provide the technical support for the following GE Healthcare modalities: -Ultrasound (GE Healthcare systems) vivid, Logiq and Voluson - CT-Scanners.- Cathlab (Fixed and mobile systems).- X-ray Rad systems: Fixed systems, Mobile systems.- Radio/Flouro systems.-C-Arms.-DICOM Printers (Codonics)In addition to the above mentioned equipment I have good working experience in the maintenance and installation of the following:-ECG, Patient Monitors, Stress ECG, Defibs., and holter ECG.) (GE, Medset, others..)-Physiotherapy equipment. (Enraf nonius)- Endoscopy equipment and instrument. I have a hopy in database programing using MS Aceess with vba. I have already built several successfull databases that we used to work on them at service department and also in sales department as well as other applications based on need.
