Ala is a determined and loyal individual that works to help her organizations and company in any way she can. She is versatile in the tasks that she completes and is enthusiastic to be of assistance. Though she is young in her career, she has displayed her hard work in the jobs she's held over the years. She worked at a local ice cream shop through her high school and early college years. There, she displayed leadership, efficiency, and team work. While a college student, she worked on campus for an IT help desk. She used excellent customer service skills and communication to assist customers on the phone and in person daily.Most recently, Ala graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management. Soon after, she accepted a full time position with InFirst Bank where she completed an internship leading up to her graduation from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.She has exceeded expectations in her role at the Bank and assists to manage their employees with integrity and confidentiality.Ala continues to work as the Human Resources Representative at InFirst Bank while she pursues a Master of Arts degree in Employment Labor Relations. Her expected graduation is May of 2020.In her free time, Ala enjoys running long distances and working out.
