In my role as the Director of Engineering at Snapp!, I led a dynamic team of software engineers, driving the development and maintenance of mission-critical backend services and APIs. With over a decade of experience in the software industry and a Ph.D. in Information Technology, I excel in designing and implementing scalable, highly available microservice architectures, utilizing domain-driven and event-driven methodologies. My proficiency in cutting-edge technologies such as Golang, Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes has enabled us to deliver innovative solutions that meet the diverse needs of millions of users and drivers across the region.Transitioning to my role as the CTO of Football360, I played a pivotal role in transforming the startup from its nascent stages with a monolithic backend system to a thriving platform with over 2 million registered users and nearly 4 million active monthly users. Steering the transition to a sophisticated architecture comprising a dozen microservices, I prioritized high availability to minimize downtime, implementing a multi-datacenter setup and Active-Active mode within our infrastructure.
