The head of coaching role in A27 has the overall operational responsibility for ensuring coherence between U16 – U19 (transitionsegment) and is responsible for the girls' department's talent development program. The areas of responsibility are: Contact person for DBU regarding sporting matters U16 – U19.Take care of and ensure communication between the head coach of the 1st senior team, U-coach and player.Take care of communication with national coaches if the player is around the national team, for example in relation to the player's development plan.Responsible for the development of, as well as ensuring thread in the talent sector's playing philosophy and playing style principles from U16 – U19, including responsible for internal training of the club's coaches in playing philosophy.Responsible for the players from U16-U19 learning what the club wants them to learn (e.g. curriculum)Responsible for organizing and planning training for U16 – U19 (how/when/what we train/framework).Responsible for preparation and evaluation of training for U16 – U19.Ensure continuous and regular supervision/sparring and evaluation of U16 – U19 coaches.Overall responsible for the club's procedures for the individual development program for U16 – U19.In collaboration with team coaches to ensure there is consistency in individual evaluations, player meetings, development plans and the individual training for the players.
