• Manage all customer support call and route the call to delegated engineer• Follow the open cases until closing• Review all valid AMC and manage the T&C, coverages, BoQ and SLA• Follow up with sales for all expired or about to expire AMC and back to back registration• Being part of the sales/offer cycle (help in RFP/RFQ/RFI and wireless heat-maps)• Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs• Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFP’s, tenders, and preliminary schedules.• Prepare project organization and communication charts• Track the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines/trades• Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team• Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner• Review field inspection reports from consultants throughout the lifecycle of the project• Raise technical submittals, TQs, IRs, MIRs for consultant review and approval• Raise official letters and delay notices. • Maintain and generate Contract Execution Tracking Log and works progress reports.• Prepare and ensure all required project close out documents are obtained• Keep the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations

• Provide technical support, optimization and planning engineering to support NOV automation tools and equipment to maximize customer drilling economic performance• Analyze real-time and recorded-mode downhole data to understand inefficiencies in the drilling system so as to optimize drilling system performance• Implement optimization strategy/roadmap• Understand the basic concepts of well design and delivery such as well planning, surveying, casing strategy, directional drilling, horizontal applications, tortuosity, borehole stability• Identify the key sources of energy loss / dysfunction in the wellbore• Familiar with use at the rig site of all memory E-tools (BlackBox/BlackboxHD,EMS) to include initialization and read of tools and merge of associated data• Capable of Quality check surface data from rig sense, mud logging, LWD service provider• Provide solutions/feedback for:- Optimal BHA/drive type (RSS, Motor, etc.)- Bit Design/Selection (PDC, RC, aggressive, Durable, etc.)- Drilling parameters and practices (maximize on-bottom performance)- Vibration (utilizing Blackbox/Blackbox HD, EMS-IS, ASM, etc.)

- Timely preparation of sales quotes in JD Edwards and/or Excel for internal and external customers- Responding to customer inquiries within the required timeframe- Coordinating with global manufacturing to determine correct pricing and delivery information - Proactively communicating order status updates to the customer- Verifying order specifications prior to order placement
