Supervise the Team and lead VAS day to day tasks and operations. Performs a variety of assessment, planning, development and implementation of Services, solutions, tools, and systems to enhance VAS efficiency and effectiveness.Assist organization to follow the DevOps procedure by using most common tools to verify the functionality of services and ensures deployment meets internal and external parties expectations and build automation process minimized time and get high quality and performance.

- Implement projects, tasks and plans to achieve targets and marketing requirements.- Implementing scripts to extract information and/or automate tasks.- Implement configuration changes on VAS *NIX based systems.- Run traces and analysis on different platforms and troubleshoot different types of reported incidents and issues. - Perform acceptance testing procedures for new VAS solutions, systems and services.- Responsible for observing and enhancing VAS systems performance.- Implement and modify configurations on IP switches/routers/firewalls rules on GPRS/HSPA IP backbone elements and VAS LANs.- Implement, configure and test new numbering plans, ranges and operators on related VAS systems.- Configure, schedule and monitor SMS/MMS broadcasting campaigns.- Implement new messaging services on SMSC, MMSC, Messaging gateway and messaging routers.- Perform maintenance, support & Back-up- Provide support to commercial teams by implementing new request and any new ideas- Support end-users (customers) through solving reported customer complaints.- Facilitate implementation of projects from other divisions and departments.- Prepare and analyze statistics and reports covering different VAS platforms.- Maintaining VAS systems/services availabilities and monitor their utilizations.- Work on upgrades and patches implementation for VAS platforms- Responsible for the security, confidentiality & integrity, of all information assets within my responsibilities in accordance with the company’s Information Security Policies
