I am working as Logistic Coordinator in FCC Electromechanical(Spain)., in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia). Project is Riyadh Metro, Riyadh, KSA.. Main contractor is FAST consortium - Manage timely movement of material transfer, labor mobilization, equipment’s, vehicles and facilities.- Daily communication with site operations including General Services, Procurement , Construction team and HSE. - Maintain communication with HSE team regarding safety requirement at site- Develop and maintain logistics schedules, delivery and movement of materials. - Monitoring site operation schedules are complied as per 1 week look ahead. - Coordination shipments and collection all required paperwork for material delivery.- Daily monitoring of fuels, water and equipment maintenance.- Purchase order verification through Procurement such as collection of materials, shipments, other task that requires equipment and vehicles.- Daily monitoring of Equipment hours, vehicles and buses presence at site.- Coordination of efficient routing of vehicles and equipment in the entire Line in each station.- Build strong vendor relations among the rental company.- Coordinates with the finance and procurement regarding the forecasted requested equipment’s, buses, and other vehicles.- Coordinate and reporting to Logistic Manager for any logistics issues at site. - Coordinate with the Storekeepers regarding availability of materials in store to be ready when required- Managing the site activity of all the Lead Site Person In charge, Person In charge of Machine and Operators. - Provide backup to respective Lead Site Person In charge & Person In charge of Machine for everyday reports for the daily site activity.

Riyadh - Ksa

• Work as a logistics supervisor in one of the largest holding companies in the Kingdom, and fully responsible for the project sector ( Roads , Buildings ) in terms of management (more than 5000 employees) • Coordinate with the supreme management with the required manpower and manpower allocations• Follow-up , Coordinate with the supreme management regarding the new tenders that are required to be studied for submission . • Monitoring the training plans and projects needs of training. • Revise the scope of the projects with projects Management. • Revise the timing of the projects and costs as well and its effect from administration and HR vision. • Adjust the annual inventory in each project. • Specify the needs of the projects of vehicles , its maintenance , its Governmental documents • Follow up the existence and renewal of insurance policy for both employees and projects as well. • Follow up the registration of Manpower in GOSI to avoid the cost of Injury in sites. • Follow up the Saudization certificate, GOSI, municipality, Renewal of commercial register. • Co-ordinate with finance to release salaries and final settlement to be uploaded under WPS on Ministry of labor. • Follow up the payments with clients and suppliers.

Jeddah - Ksa

- Follow up all administrative transactions for all workers in the projects- Coordination between HR management and project management- Implementation of planning and executive programs for human resources- Responsible for keeping employee files in the form prescribed according to the instructions- Responsible for follow-up attendance, departure and absence- Assisting and participating in the analysis of all problems related to employment such as dropout, job satisfaction, salary structure and job vacancy- Assisting and participating in the compilation of the performance evaluation reports from department heads and department managers on a monthly basis, and assisting them in the preparation, analysis and inclusion of these reports in the Annual Performance Appraisal Report- To carry out all tasks required by the Human Resources Manager within the limits of the work of Human Resources Management
