Operations:-Handling all Import Operations process as per company Standard operation procedures (SOPs).-Coordinate between the clients and origin office team to ensure receiving containers/shipment in the right time at port supported with the required documents.-Respond to customers inquiries regarding prices and types of services & how to provide an integrated logistic & freight forwarding services in coordination with the pricing team-Receive clients’ approvals on HBLs and shipping documents and keep them updated step by step.-Coordinate with the customs clearance department to ensure executing the import forwarding operation as it should be, and act as the link between the customs clearance and the clients to request, provide, and submit the required documents.-Checking the agents, shipping lines or co-loader’s invoices before ordering the Financial Dept. to settle them.-Issue shipments Invoices to our client.Documentation: -Open a file for each client operation and maintain needed documents in it.-Prepare the shipping declaration or surrender letter with the client’s and full shipment data and present it to the shipping line or its agency.-Ensure fulfilling the clients’ operation file with the required documents before closing the operation file.-Co-operate with financial dept. to ensure collecting the issued invoices on time.

-Attend meetings with shipping lines managements to discuses best Ocean freight rates.-Responsible for managing several accounts and often being the face of the company to many clients.-supervise and assign tasks to Trucking and Custom clearance teams and follow up with them.-Interface with carriers, vendors, and fellow employees-Monitor transactions and notify supervisory personnel of any problems or irregularities-Provide excellent and timely customer service on status of shipment to customer-Coordinate and communicate documentation release to carrier and the customer-Update the sheets in daily basis-Leading, training, and managing other members of the account management team and dealing with any issues that may arise.-Feeding back all suggestions for improvement and market research to senior staff.

-Collect freights from several shipping lines,compare freight rates and select best carrier. -Send Shipping Declaration as per standard form, Carrier Website & Receive Booking -Send Booking Confirmation To Customer , Trucker and Broker -Follow loading cargo,stuffing with brokers and truckers. -Send Final shipping declaration To Carrier. -Receive Draft BLs ,revise it then share it with shipper to get his final confirmation.-Prepare Payment Requests and Follow Actual Date of Sailing. -Follow Docs and Suppliers Invoices (Trucking & Clearance) -Send Docs by Courier & Mail to shipper - Follow Runners to collect OBL. -Send Way Bill By Mail to Consignees or OBL by courier. -Issue Customer Invoice -follow up payment process -Create file with all shipment documents and invoices
