Work with the contractor to review project materials, specifications, drawings, and procedures.Produce accurate quantity surveying for the contractor.Keep an eye on procurement activities and intervene if technical deviations, quality difficulties, or delivery delays occur. Deal with procurement and managing suppliers. Supervised the construction team to ensure alignment with the drawings and quality. Participate in scope change verification as appropriate. Provide Project Management Support to Contractors. Monitor project status, and provide periodic updates to management. Handle the interface of significant project matters and issues among key stakeholders, both internal and external. Project document controlling.Conduct/lead weekly project review meetings and keep project reports up to date.Projects:Landscape project in Ajdan rise Ajdan Real-estate, Khobar.Fit-out project in Music Academy(MOC) Saudi Ministry of Culture, Khobar.NC-1 Open space enhancement project in Neom.

 Site supervision work is done according to the scheduled and required quality. Developing solutions for different project systems clashes and discussing them with the teamwork. Make sure that the project activities are within budget and schedule. Performance has increased by 5% during my supervision.
