Ensure a feasible schedule with maximized margins and optimized where possible.• Issues and communicates E&S guidelines to asset teams which clearly specify targets on intake, operating modes, run down qualities and contingency plans.• Takes actions to mitigate the economic effects of unplanned disruptions/shutdowns by developing most suitable scenarios to be executed. Proactively communicates with the asset teams (production, technology, etc) to ensure plan delivery.• Products Lifting Scheduling (PLS): Converts the Production Plan into product lifting schedule that meets quality requirements while minimizing quality giveaway, stock outs and demurrage costs. • Ensures product availability in the necessary quantities and qualities to meet commitments and stock levels. • Performs the daily task of quantifying and analyzing discrepancies between schedules and actual performance, analysis and take necessary corrective actions. • Prepare and communicate turnaround plan with respect to duration and impact on product availability• Additional project work that will add value to the asset

Pre turnaround: - Operation focal point for the major turnaround among SHELL GTL history- Defines TA scopes along with turnaround planner and turnaround execution lead- Defines and develops decontamination matrix and decontamination strategy- Defines and develops isolation strategy- Develop and review operations procedures for shutdown and startup- Develop operations job packages- Develop Operations Turnaround Plan- Define operation resources needs for execution- Finalize Operation Schedule- Assure an adequate planning of the work and related mitigation of SIMOPS impact of the various activities- Defines TA related training and familiarization are given to the TA OPS team- Releases blind and system isolation valve - Participates in the HSSE and OPS risk register and ensures mitigation are implemented- Ensure TA-status is maintained During Shut Down and Start-Up:- Owns the TA related equipment - Is accountable for the decontamination and commissioning execution in the area- Supports the Production team with input for the daily instructions of TA activities for the operation area- Ensures sign off and hand over of each phase in TA- Receives Units and Systems from running Asset - Returns Units and Systems to running Asset During the TA (mechanical window):- Hand over systems / equipment’s to turnaround Block Lead and receives them back POST the Mechanical Completion- Joins the PSSR walk downs and sign off the certificates (PSSR, SOF)- Organizes PSSR and request turnaround Block Lead to close out the findings as per punch categories- Participate in Statement of fitness preparations activities Post TA (mechanical window):- Singing off all units RFSU - Hand over systems / equipment’s to Operation Lead for start-up

•Supervise the Tank farm Operations including the Oil Movements and their auxiliaries within the Operating Windows set by the Technologist.•Maintain the safe and stable operations of the Tankage area, safe startup and shutdown of the area as decided by the department.•Provide continuous supply of GTL products to the customers of the Pearl GTL complex.•Responsible for the safe, efficient and effective operation of the LPU Tankfarm area.•The Tankfarm Supervisor is responsible for the preparation of all on-spec products (n-paraffin, GTL naphtha, GTL kerosene GTL gas oil and GTL base oils) to the customers of Pearl GTL and Oil Movements of Pearl GTL.•React accordingly during plant upsets, local or external.•Communicate and collaborate with external interfaces for Oil Movements.

• Coordinates and supervises the production activities of the Storage & Loading and Utilities facilities. Controls the operation of the plant from the control room by supervision of the Control Room Panel Operator and directs actions of the outside operators to ensure continuous safe and efficient operation of the plant.
