(Defense Activities):- Starting up the defense manufacturing vertical- Managing the defense Portfolio with international OEMs under the defense industry- Leading a Foreign Military Sales Localization Program for a value of + 100 mil $- Leading the portfolio growth and diversification strategy- Aligning with the government localization strategies- Coaching the team and preparing succession plans for the team members- Maintaining the aerospace management standard across the defense vertical AS9100-revD- Evaluating, identifying and supporting local suppliers to be part of the OEMs international supply chain in line with government vision- Finding synergies with other leading players in the defense market to compliment theexisting capabilities of the vertical- Managing the P&L of all the defense programs- Prepare the defense vertical yearly budget(Commercial Activities):- Lead the company successfully using all available tools, market opportunities, and business development diversification plans.- Manage 3 major production lines (Trucks Steel Superstructure products such as tipper bodies, tankers, trailers, etc..., Electrical Panels such as Synch Panels, ATS, MTS, Distribution Panels, etc... and Power Systems Steel Products such as Sound Attenuated Enclosures, fuel tanks, mufflers, etc...)- Develop and present the annual objectives, business plan and strategy, cost andrevenue budget proposals, and policy alteration suggestions to the board- Explore new business opportunities- Use effective public relations and sales promotion methods to widen public awarenessof the company’s products and services- Finding new working methods and tools leading to lower costs- Ensure complete customer satisfaction - Continuously strive to improve efficiency, professionalism, motivation and growth of all staff in the company- Prepare a succession plan for the organization- Coordinate a rolling forecasting plan- Managing the P&L- Prepare yearly budget

1- The Research and Development of current design to continuously improve on the quality of the finished products and develop new products to expand on the services provided by the company. 2- Diversify the customer base and revenue sources of the company. 3- Responsible of the operations team in the factory including production, stores and design 4- Manage the sales and marketing team to ensure proper coverage and follow up on customer orders and promise dates5- Train and oversee the quality and safety team 6- Lead the administration team including the personnel, finance, procurement and systems 7- Customer relationship, coordination, and rapport 8- Continuously assess the vendors, quality of their supplies and their competitive pricing 9- Achieve the total set of targets for volume, value and profit in line with the company strategy 10- Ensure complete customers satisfaction in all aspects of dealing with his departments 11- Continuously strive to improve efficiency, professionalism, motivation and growth if all the staff in all the departments 12- Lead the company to move toward modular design and assembly lines 13- Introduce a more efficient, lean and cost effective production process, with focus on quality, safety and international standards 14- Help Zahid Industries grow its production capacity and contribute to the competitiveness of the Zahid Group market offerings. 15- Diversify ZI’s products offerings and extend ZI’s capabilities beyond Sound attenuated enclosures 16- Annually prepare, present and implement budget and objective plans of all departments

1- Redesigning an exiting factory in order to increase the capacity by 3 times2- Responsible of making the factory drawings and highlighting the flow of production 3- Ordering the new factory machines that are suitable for this capacity increase4- Restructuring the production line organization 5- Writing the new procedures of the updated production process

1- Mid-term and short-term production planning 2- Prepare, execute and monitor daily production plans to achieve anticipated, agreed and budgeted targets within the stipulated time, cost and quality constraints. 3- Responsible for maintaining the Offices and other company facilities in tip-top condition 4- Development and training of production team 5- Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule 6- Ensures that the production is cost effective 7- Ensures that products are produced on time and are of good quality 8- Work out the human and material resources needed Sets and re-define the quality standards as needed from time to time 9- Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed 10-Responsible for the maintenance of plant, machinery, company vehicles, and office equipment 11- Monitor product standards and implement a quality-control programme 12- Work with IAD to implement company's quality/safety policies and goals 13- Responsible for implementing all quality, safety and product certification requirements such as but not limited to oversee welders qualification, equipment and tools calibration, coordinating updates of quality procedures and work instructions 14- Review and supervise process of disposition of scrap material. Retirement and disposition of worn out tools and assets 15- Ensures that health and safety guidelines are followed Supervises and motivate a team of workers 16- Monitors performance of sub-ordinates to identify training needs 17- Review and approve parts from the bill of material and arrange proper parts receipt and storage in Workshop 18- Review and approve additional parts requests for non-standard and internal maintenance jobs 19- Responsible of the new design projects and the shift from welded designs to modular designs

1- New designs - from concept to validating prototypes 2- Design revisions, validation and verification 3- Maintaining all design resources such as but not limited to CAD servers, S/W licenses, daily data back-ups, technical information, standards etc. 4- Initiate design changes for cost effectiveness and product consistency 5- Generating ideas for new products and researching feasibility recording and analyzing data 6- Evaluate the feasibility of design concepts to meet functional/customer needs 7- Develop timelines and cost estimates for product development tasks and appraise Operations Manager of performance against plan 8- Evaluate, document, and implement potential design and process changes to improve product performance, manufacturability, safety and cost 9- Review technical submittals such as but not limited to customer drawings, specifications and budgetary costs 10- Review revised and new BOQ’s for correctness before releasing for procurement and production plan
