I always think like worker they want to dedicate to work, then go home safe to care about their families. Accordingly, my duties and responsibilities are to mentoring and coaching them to improve their skills and abilities at work as well in life. I have been worked in a variety of roles such as Roustabout, Floor man, and Derrickman. During the drilling operation, I got in love with QHSE policies and procedures that led to the development of all employees’ performance in the workplace to achieve company goals and objectives in a professional manner. After that, I decided to be a safety officer. According to my duties and responsibilities as a worker and Advisor, I gained great experience in communication skills, attention for details, safe working practices, incident investigation, risk assessment, inspection, and auditing. my areas of expertise include: • Monitor compliance and implementation of company health and safety policies and procedures in the workplace. • Implement and Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with Country and Client specific requirements• Coaching and supporting the employees in the implementation and understanding of the Company Management System• Actively participate in the implementation of the company goals and objectives through liaison with QHSE Management • Assist and participate in incident investigations process to identify the root cause and take corrective action. • Conduct HSE training courses as per the training matrix. • Promote and maintain an effective working relationship and communication with other departments.• Participates in daily meetings with the Managers, Department Heads and Client Representative as required
